6.1
Drying methods commonly used cold separation, solid absorption, solvent absorption method.
6.1.1
Cold separation method is the use of pressure changes caused by temperature changes, so that the water vapor is condensed from the vapor phase method. There are two common processes: throttling expansion cooling processes and pressurized cooling processes.
6.1.2
Solid desiccant dehydration operation is cyclical, with one or more adsorption dehydration drying column. Should be adsorbed water adsorption capacity than hydrocarbons or acid gas adsorption ability of desiccant, available hot gases through the desiccant will absorb moisture over the water with a mission of regeneration.
6.1.3
Liquid water absorbing agent (solvent) absorption method used in equipment costs to a minimum. Liquid absorbing agent should meet the following requirements: a large absorption capacity of the water in the concentration range;
Low vapor pressure during operation; corrosive solution; low viscosity; having chemical and thermal stability; easily regenerated; toxic; small heat of reaction and heat of dissolution.
